Dear Parents,

I would like to thank everyone for the many gifts and thoughts at Christmas, especially during these hard economic times. Every year one or two of my gifts are missing tags. If these gifts were from you and you haven’t received a thank-you note, please accept my apologies and thanks for the gifts. I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas.
I am pleased to announce that the Grandparents Club gave a generous donation to the school to benefit the students. The school was able to purchase new Stations of the Cross Booklets for the entire school. We appreciate everything the Grandparent’s Club has done for our students and community. If you know a grandparent who would like to join please refer them to our school office.
Please be sure to look at this month’s calendar for the following important events: First Communion, Home & School Meeting with guest speaker from the FBI, and Open House. Please keep our second graders in your prayers as they prepare to receive their First Communion. There will be a First Communion Parent meeting this Thursday, January 7, 2010 at 7:30.
Please let everyone know we will have our Open House on Tuesday, January 26, 2010 at 7:00 in the cafeteria. If you would like to put a sign in your yard or at your place of business please contact Mrs. Meyer. Also, registration for returning students will take place January 25, 2010 through January 29, 2010. In the very near future you will receive information on the new tuition rates along with your registration forms. We would like to encourage you to turn in these forms promptly so we may accurately plan for next year’s classes, teacher contracts and budget. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
I am hopeful that we will share in God’s grace during this New Year. May He continue to watch over us and send his many blessings to our parish and school.
