*These Accelerated Reader books must be pre-paid and ordered.  They will be sent to the student's classroom
when they are received (before the end of the school year).
NOTE:  First Graders are included in the Accelerated Reading Program.  They have been checking out and taking
Accelerated Reading quizzes since October.
Summer Reading is an important part of the curriculum of St. Benilde School.  The reading list for each grade
provides an assortment of titles appropriate for the grade level.  We encourage parents to read with their child, as
many books as possible from the list.  The required summer reading is one (1)  book from the above list and one (1)
Saint biography.  Our Scholastic Book Fair, which will be held March 19th thru 23rd, will try to provide
as many titles as possible from this list for you to purchase.
We will also have Saints biographies available at that time.  Please add 8.75% sales tax to the total of your
order.  Checks should be made payable to St. Benilde School.  Please be sure to put the student's first and last
names, as well as their grade on envelopes or orders.  Thank you.
