Letters to Congressmen:
Dear Parents, By now you have heard about the mandate from the HHS about what the Church will be required to provide with their health care. There is a link on Edline to the Archbishop's letter. Please read it and contact your Congressmen. This link can be copied and pasted into your browser or found on Edline.

Congratulations to alumna, Lauren Westholz:
The U.S. Presidential Scholars Program was established in 1964, by executive order of the President, to recognize and honor some of our nation's most distinguished graduating high school seniors. Each year up to 141 students are named as Presidential Scholars, one of the nation's highest honors for high school students. This year, the US Presidential Scholars Program has chosen 5 students from the Archdiocese of New Orleans as candidates for this program. Congratulations to our own SBS graduate, Lauren Westholz who is currently attending St. Mary’s Dominican High School on receiving this great honor.
